U.K. Residence project, which was designed in 2024 and implemented in the same year, consists of a total flat area of 70 square meters, open kitchen, bathroom and WC areas were solved with a 1+1 setup. 

In the renovation project U.K. Residence in Istanbul Süzer Plaza, it was aimed to revive the old state of the flat. The existing design has been strengthened with an aesthetic that emphasizes the Bosphorus view and is enriched with innovative materials. Within the scope of the project, the highest level of modernity and quality was aimed in material selection.

The reorganized space is aimed to bring together functionality, elegance and comfort and provide a pleasant experience for the person who will live in the flat. The design and implementation were carried out by our office, with the necessary controls being ensured during the design and implementation of critical details during the renovation.
