Usul Ova Çeşme Project, whose construction was completed in 2020, located on an area of 2500 m2 with a closed area of 400 m2. Usul Ova Çeşme Hotel has 16-room, with boutique concept.

The main goal of the project was to meet with the necessities of the hotel functions with a simple and timeless style, was to establish an scenario where hotel guests could spend time for different activities, both individually and in collective use.

Open space of the project has a pool, bar, eating and drinking areas, a cactus garden consisting of an outstanding cactus collection, meditation area, volleyball area, fire pit, open-air cinema area. While designing and constructing this project, we designed and experienced nature as a place.

One of the design criteria for the location of Usul Ova was the wind that the area experienced. Planting studies were carried out according to wind calculations.

Usul Ova has been a project for our studio, which is handled as a whole from design to construction, from naming to advertising and web-site designing, and where we deal with all these with teams from different disciplines.

After this cooperation, our studio has also started to provide branding services for commercial projects whose architectural designs it has undertaken.
