Clinic Dr. Mardini, which provides services such as dental clinic services and dental aesthetics in Istanbul as a foreign family is located in Süzer Plaza with a usage area of 160 m2. Project design and construction was done in 2021.

Clinic Dr. Mardini spatial scenario has two examination rooms, a waiting room, two working offices, WC areas, a reception area, a kitchen, an x-ray room and a photographing room.

Since the location of the Clinic area has amazing the Bosphorus view, a transparent design was preferred. The patient privacy requirement in the regulations applicable to dental clinics leads to the use of window film in designs with glass partition walls. For this reason, electrically powered window film technology was used in the project to ensure undisturbed transparency when necessary. In this project, in latest technologies are frequently used, the comfort rate was increased by enabling patients to follow the TV screen that automatically descends from the ceiling during the examination.

The waiting area and the office area are separated by a water curtain to provide both visual and sound insulation.
