The Bleu restaurant and bar project, whose design and construction
was completed in 2019 and has 200 m2 of space, is located in Ritz
Carlton-Istanbul. The Bleu is designed as a food-drinking and entertainment space,
the signature of the design was the bar area.
On the bar surface, colored glass with a semi-circular
cross-section produced by blowing technique is used. Special production tables are
designed to be used desired height in the area. On some of the walls, cut
mirrors to reflect the view of the Bosphorus, and at some ends, dark blue lake
panels reflecting the brand color were used.
The bar section of the place is completely covered with
glass. All of the floor covering layers in the space are produced by passing through
the fire treatment parts.
